My vote for most overrated would be red lobster. I grew up where fresh (not fresh frozen) seafood was trucked into town daily, and it was cheap. To pay high prices for rubber lobster and frozen fish is absurd to me. Cheddar biscuits are legit tho.

"Supper clubs" do not have the 50+ televisions airing the 10+ different sports at a time like BWW... I'm sure that has something to do with the peoples obsession.

You would love a supper club. The owners are the ones tending bar and serving your drinks. It is all home cooked and prepared food. Usually locally grown. They are typically only open evenings on Thursday - Sunday.

Not here. Supper is the last meal of the day. Dinner could be used as a term for supper or lunch.

second that red lobster nomination. I had to make a delivery to appleby's and you are correct. they were pulling partially cooked steaks out of bags...

Red lobster is WAY too expensive. The food is just sub-par and the portion sizes are tiny. You just can't imitate fresh seafood.

I agree you can't really beat the cheap wings on those days. I usually go out after classes with some guys to hang out. So you are getting cheap wings, its during the week so its not loud, and there are usually decent chicks to look at during the week as well. :tu: I don't see what you guys are complaining about. lol

Let me throw this one out there - What about chipotle?

I personally love it.. Get it at least once a week. Their rice is something from heaven.

I really don't think they are over rated. Mainly because their food is different. They have their own Niche. They are a little expensive in my opinion, but what isn't these days.
