Restricting employees in a privately owned company as part of an HR policy and restricting customers in a retail environment by posting a no CCW sign are two different things IMHO. To be honest I don't like either and feel that both infringe on rights guaranteed by our constitution but I can deal with one a bit more than the other. In both cases, it's the right of that business to do so IMHO, but it's also my right to consider this stance when I choose to spend my money or work there or not. JMHO.
My girlfriend and I love buffalo wild wings. We walk right into the bar area, get to watch the game, and have a few beers. They have a lot more than miller and coors. Locally they have sun king on tap (local beer that's awesome). I really do like the food also. All chain restaurant food is mass produced. Also, we've always gotten really good service. A few years ago we went to bonefish grill for valentine's day. Yeah the food was great, but the atmosphere wasn't near as fun. We're just not formal people I guess.
