This morning I was hunting about 100 yards to the East of the other guy who hunts the property I was on. He also had his son-in-law with who was in the small woodlot across from us. Around 6:45 I see what appears to be a nice doe making way toward me. First shooting light wasn't for another 10 minutes or so and I let her keep walking only to realize she was actually a Spike. The deer meandered toward the son-in-law then went 15 yards from the other guy and he shot it. Confused I sent a text asking why he shot the spike and he said it was a doe. When we got out to look we found it was a Spike with a mean overbite and no top teeth. Here are some pics of the "Gummy Buck".
