Outstanding Muddy Customer Service

    Wow.

    I ordered a Muddy Vantage in March and hung a bunch of brackets all summer but never bothered to put the stand together because I procrastinate terribly.

    Go to camp this weekend and open the box only to find there are no cables and no ratchet strap. I figured I was screwed as it was an Amazon order from 7 months ago. I called amazon and they were useless. I was just about to order another stand when I called Muddy and they are shipping the parts out to me today.

    I'm not happy the parts were missing but you can't get much better customer service then that and thanks to their excellent service I will be in that stand this weekend instead of staring at a pile of parts and 6 useless brackets in trees.

    Thank you Muddy...........and the more I think of it I am gonna buy another Vantage anyways as a thank you back to them.

    Can never have too many great stands.

    I've ordered a few things from them over the years and their service has always been impeccable. Glad to hear they got you taken care of. :tu:
