Here are a few pictures off the Covert Outlook. 8mp setting. Sorry I didnt get a chance to upload them to photobucket. Got the camera last week so I am getting to know it. So far so good.

    Covert Outlook Review

Only thing the people I know that have the Outlook disagree about the battery life being as bad as they say ^. I did inform TCP that there is a firmware update for the earlier models and the lastest shipments already have the newest firmware on it. Firmware update addresses the battery consumption and a few other small tweaks.

I also ran it on video (720p with sound) one night and got some cool videos, but it was just of a few deer walking by in the fog, nothing special.

Thanks, that's a cool looking camera! The night pics look good but then I guess they really really ought to from a camera in that price range.

I handled coverts since 2012 and this thing is beefy. The seal is big, latchs are wide, tripod mount is stout, the viewing screen is huge and easy to read (that probably dont help battery life if you are always flipping through it), the mic' has a little roof over it. This last few weeks it has seen more rain then it did dry days. Also like the battery slider thing that goes over the batteries I like.

For sure different then the average camera with the wide shots and I am getting used to it.

Glad too I have a camera in my line up that does video with sound if I ever get a bug to mess around with videos.
