I am calm, thanks for your concern. Congress runs the country,everything goes thru them so thank them for are freedoms past or present and future.
The problem is that there are structures being put in place that are taking the power AWAY from congress... EPA - sets rules for emissions FCC - sets net neutrality rules Two recent examples. What about all the "czars"? Where they congressionally appointed? nope Its a slow creep...and its happening right in front of us.
IP addresses can be spoofed. Identities, networks and computers can be hacked. This will do nothing to "protect" the citizens from anything. Especially an overbearing gov't.
These appointed positions need to go away. I do see a need for the EPA, FCC, DNR, etc. in a barebones functionality only. Yet, they should still be required to report to our elected officials, and ultimately us, and not undermine them.
EPA did a great job in the gulf. and the people that are supposed to protect us dont. look at the fed bank and the people running wall street.. no one is in jail ?These people are playing texas holdem with our 401k and nothing is being done about it. My home is worth 25 less then it was five years ago but my property taxes went up on my home,makes since right. So a new congressman thinks you can stand in front of a tv set and take the oath of office just shows me how out of touch the system is. sorry for the rant but we can all see how out of control this is right?
