I have the RC60 Reconyx now. I've had great results with my RC60 so I figured why not get another one. The new one Is a RC60 HO. The flash distance on this one Is 50 feet, another 15' farther then the regular RC60 which Is 35'. Can't wait to get It In. Should be here the 1st week of January.

Thats awsome Steve, if I do decide to pick up another one, I will be looking at either the RC60 HO or the RC55.

From what I understand the RC55 has the red glow with the IR.

It does, but having walked in front of them in the dark I honestly wouldn't worry about it. The red "glow" is so dull and so quick that if you're not looking for it, you don't even see it. IMO the extra cash is better saved and spent elsewhere.

Todd either had or still has an RC60 HO and wasn't too overly impressed with the extra range. I'm interested to see your experiences.

Instead of picking up a new bow for this fall I'm getting a Reconyx, and I'll probably get an RC55 when the time comes.

I'd like to have another one as well but my wife just bought me a new Cuddeback Capture for Christmas and when I mentioned the other day about purchasing some wool clothing from Cabelas that they had on sale, I got the "look." This may not be the right time to bring up another Reconyx purchase. Oh well, my birthday is only about a month away. Hmmm?

    Blessings.....Pastorjim
