made an order the other day for a couple MP6 that had been brought up on here. I ordered them monday and w went and checked the order status and it says STATUS: AWIATING FULFILLMENT i tried to call a few times yesterday and this morning to check on it. Anybody else seen this, or can give me some knowledge o. This that has made on order through them? Not looking to cause any issues about them or say anything negative, just really anxious to get the cams and try them out and dont want the order messed up.
I had the same awaiting fulfillment message a few months ago, I ended up getting my order before I got the tracking number from them.
I ordered two and they came yesterday. Maybe they ran out? Or maybe they just had Alot of orders to fill. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Im an idiot. They are central time zone, i am eastern. was calling too early the last few days. I finally got in touch with them, very polite and helpful. It was shipped 2 days after order and they put tracking numbers in by hand so it takes a little while. Hopefully its here by saturday so i can set it up on sunday
Here is the answer I got from Wing Supply ... We are aware of the shipping status, "Awaiting Fulfillment" and understand it may cause some confusion. This status is changed manually so it may take 1-2 business days for it to change. It is common for a customer to receive their package before they receive their tracking number. Your tracking number is generated before the product leaves the warehouse. If you would like to have your tracking number faster, please call 1-800-388-9464. We do apologize for this confusion.
