Here's a buck shot off the neighboring property to my family's a few years back, just one of the monster bucks that have been shot in a small area near my house. I'm not so sure that the fellow who killed this deer had him scored as he isn't much of a sportsman, I believe he sold the buck for around $3,000 and kept the meat. I estimate that it would score at around 180", but I'd like some more opinions, what do you guys think?

Non typicals are tough, I'd say gross in the upper 170's.

A tough one to score. Huge mass on a couple of his right side H measurements but other then that he's not a Booner to me. Would be nice to see what he'd tape out at as pictures can be deceiving. I can't make my mind up on what he'll go so I'll just say 160 Inches.

Looking at It without measuring In my head I'd say he goes 170 Inches easily.

I got 169, but a buck like that is very difficult with only one photo.

Wish I had more photos, he's a cool looking buck for sure. The genes around here seem to have heavy palmation in some cases for whatever reason, pretty neat.

i added up three different possible scores, using the ear as a reference for size( about 7 inches) seems like 180 wouldnt be out of the question..do you have an idea of what it weighed? i know you can get some big bodied deer up there

Not sure what it weighed, probably in the 180-220 range judging by what the majority of mature bucks here weigh.

Wow that is a great buck, like everyone has said tough to know what his score is from one pic.

This buck is a mainframe 5x4 with short main beams, not perticularly tall (maybe 10" g2's?) nor wide, however has obvious mass. The only things exceptional about this buck are the right H2, and H3 measurements along with super brow tines! I'm not trying to take anything away from this beautiful buck by any means, but my grandfather killed a buck in Sask 10 or so years ago, that is taller, averages more mass (insane palmation), and is probably 6 inches wider, it only grossed 184". I truly think the buck you have a pic of will barely break 160, as you have to remember its only a 140" buck that happens to have sweet mass on the 4pt side plus some kickers. And don't get me started on Net figures, my grandfathers 184 got whittled down to like 143 or something ridiculous, I'll try to load a pic of it.

Edit: however I'll add a disclaimer that I could be very wrong as the pic is tough to score by. haha :)
