    Going from mid 80s during the day and 60s-70s at night to..

    Starting opening day 60s during the day and 40-50s over night !!! With a NNW wind favorable to a lot of my stands Needless to say I am pumped got 4 days off

    Good luck. My season doesn't open until oct 1st, so I'll be checking the weather closer to that date.

    I'm as excited as you guys. Thursday is the opener here and cold front hits the night before as well. I'd like to at least put a doe in the freezer that day. Only one bad thing about Thursday though.... I'm getting my bottom wisdom teeth pulled at 11 am... ugh... hoping I'm up to an evening hunt as my cousin says he keeps seeing a big buck walk through my stand area when it gets dark.

    I got my wisdom teeth taking out a couple years ago. I had all 4 removed and I was eating bean burritos 3 hours later. I slept for a good while after surgery but went partying later that night lol. I refuse to grow up hahaha.

    dang yall, here in alabama our season dont start until oct 15. it'll prolly be hot and humid too. oh well anytime to hunt is a good time. good luck

    My first two were fine. It was like nothing happened an hour after the procedure, but these are my bottoms, so I'm less hopeful. They're just being pulled though, no chisel, no hammer, no cutting. That makes them a bit better. Maybe I'll get lucky and he'll walk to me in the AM, I can gut and clean it and get it to the processor by 11 am :) And no way I'm putting the dentist off. I've waited 14 weeks to get this done (my dentist is hard to get in to see, but he affordable, good, and honest).

    I can't believe its that much hotter over your way. We've seen a drastic drop in temps here in GA the last few weeks. Our highs have been low 80s (down from high 90s) and this weekend the highs will be down to the mid 70s. Lows in the low 50s!

    Just saw the updated forecast, t-storms and showers on Thursday. Still in the upper 40s overnight and low 70s during the day here in central MD and in Frederick county where i will be. Oh well, good thing I got an umbrella.
