I have OnxMaps and it shows public land. I live in a pretty populated area and I was wondering if it is legal to hunt public parks? I am including two screen shots. This is a public baseball field that little league teams play on in the summer. In bow season the park is no longer used. It's a 26.5 acre area with only 8 or 9 of it being the field. As you can see in the pic (One is OnxMaps and the other is a google maps close up) there is a lot of woods that I am sure some big bucks would live in considering they can't be gun hunted around here. Everywhere else is all city streets and house's.

What do your state and local laws state about hunting there?

Some of the best pieces of land I have ever hunted were small 15-35 acre patches of woods surrounded by neighborhoods. If you are allowed to hunt it I would be willing to bet you are going to have some awesome hunts there.

Definitely check local ordinances. Many say no hunting in city/village limits.
