i actually havnt, i have been workin 60 hour weeks. my job entails: making plastic strapping coils, Weighing between 20 and 50 lbs, averaging about 500 of em a night. each one is lifted a minimum of three times. When the line breaks, i pull the plastic sheet (in the form before it is thinned and stretched and sliced into strap) About 200 ftt and lift it into a grinder to be made into reusable pellet. the Office jerks estimate on my line we lift about 40,000 lbs a night. I am sure it is higher than that lol. i have lost 40 lbs since i started there and dunno if p90x or just going to the gym every morning after my 12 hour would be better. how about you?
OH and Scott, if you wanna see a grown man jump like a fool lets go shed hunting. this will be my first season doind it and i have never found a good one. lol
