    That's just insane. Stupid. We pay these people good money to waste their time worrying about a damn inbred cat or dog. Don't get me wrong.....love pets... BUT... this is just stupid. You don't get that big a fine or jail time for doing drugs for Pete's sake. Do gooders of the world should be exterminated.

    Yep.. its definitely a $$$ grab. Wont be going to the Jersey Shore any more. Delaware and Maryland beaches are just as nice.
