So few years back we gained access to this small 2.5acre parcel that corners up to my parents 9+/- acres....this camera is set up 22 yards in front of our stand which is located just inside the wood line edge back behind their barn. It's at the base of a sloping 70foot tall hill and is a great travel corridor....this past week my father pulled the card on the first hunt there of the year and boy has this scrape seen activity!!! Daylight no less! The big 9 is the one I hope pops gets a shot at (I am tagged out buck wise) but all of these were taken within about a week span and many more not posted...geesh they're seeking hard. The night after he pulled this he had a different buck he swears is a twin to the one I shot this year (121 incher) by him...so our little property is proving more and more what a little work can do:
We hit that branch probably once in August when hung and I know I hit it in September but not during hunting season yet.
Nice collage of some good looking bucks, good luck with them, they will be some studs here in a few years if you let them walk.
Dang!!! I've not seen that many good bucks on my 146 acres. In fact I've only seen one shooter 9 pointer and he hasn't showed himself the last two weeks.
Guys pops pulled the cams on our food plot and W side of our property which is complete opposite side of the property as these photos are....the Wide 9 is present a lot! Analyzing every time he's been on camera and referencing moon/wind conditions, this buck is going to be my pop's if I can help it! He's setting up just 20 yards from this photo in a ground blind tonight with the wind set to just sweep by potential approaches but keep the wind in "their" favor walking to him:
