Private Kansas land. Season there Monday Sept 14. Hopefully hit that the first 3 days if I'm lucky and want to burn vacation. Then public in Iowa. Haven't been on the ground strictly map recon. Have a pending call to someone broadcasting my name to farmers. I'm going to get the spotting scope and foot miles in this week. Problem is the corn is 13 ft tall everywhere. Gonna be an experience for me as I've hunted river timber over farm fields. Trying to find some thick timber closer to bedding pines and crp. Need to get lock boxes for trailcams and do recon. It'll be an experience but I'll be out there every weekend.

Everyone I talked to in the area said big deer all over. Should be good if I can beat out the shotgun guys. I'm going to stay hopeful, I'm ready to be in the woods again

Hi guy's. I'm excited to be on this team. We are only waiting on two guy's and this just started. Some of you have some really nice looking bucks in your areas.

OK my real name is Bob, I'm 62 years old, I live in Massachusetts. I've been hunting with a bow for as long as I can remember. I've got a sweet little private spot that's got a couple of nice bucks in there. It's only private because it's in an industrial area and is surrounded by businesses and no one knows it's huntable.I'm going to do my best to put down a decent buck and at least one doe this year.

I'm going to be on here at some strange times because I work two jobs, Bass Pro in the hunting department part time during the day and I'm a machinist by night. I'll always be checking in though. I will keep us on the first page!

Team name? Hmmm #1Bone heads, The 12 ? I don't know what ever you guy's think.

    Woowoowoo go team!

Ok guys I have two private land spots that I have access too. One is an 88 acre farm that butts up to a National Park and then a 100 acre wood lot that I have hunted for the last 7 years and have taken some decent bucks from. I hope to get my cameras out this weekend and stands hung the following weekend. Just been crazy with work and dealing with family issues. Finally getting everything under control for the start of the season. Excited to be apart of the team and cant wait to see ow we do and to develop new relationships

Glad your here TRAV we are all in some way tryna find that balance between work family and hunting so I agree with you there 100% man you have time to get those things done we are all anxious to be back in the stand just be safe next time your out hanging one and with a 7 year history at that 100 acres you shouldn't have a problem getting things ready so good luck to you this fall and the whole team

I see him hiding behind that branch Bob hope he sticks around for you. So is this a mineral site or just a camera in a travel area?

Oh did I mention they were free given to me by a co worker who doesn't hunt that hard anymore so that was right on time plus a feeder but it needs legs
