I know i'm pretty excited! gonna try and catch as much coverage as possible! Anybody ever been to the Olympics?
Nope! Couldnt care less and no I've never been in the Olympics. At some point I will read online about who won the archery competition (probably somebody from Korea) and then I will know the outcome without having to suffer through the coverage.
I love the olympics...or more the idea of the olympics. But for some reason I am not excited about it. I do like to see the outcomes and the highlights but wont watch much. I also dont have any form of tv at the moment so that makes it hard to watch lol. Im a bigger fan of winter olympics, more action, and Im a snowboarder so i like to watch all the different things they do these days.
All I know is that I wish I were an Olympic athlete. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...ames--thats-15-EACH.html?ICO=most_read_module Sent from my SCH-I500 using Tapatalk
I watched it when I was a kid and we only had about 5 channels on tv. I don't think I've watched a second of it since the Dream Team played 20 years ago.
I watch the swimming because my son swims on a year round competitive team and I swim almost every day... just finished 6000 yards for the day.
I do not put forth effort in order to view the Olympics. If I happen to catch some, that isn't bad either.
I'll be watching it alot. I'm a fan of summer and winter Olympics. Mainly track and field and gymnastics. Its amazes me what these kids are able to do. It's just UN-AMERICAN not to root for your country.
I hope America wins all the contests. I'm just not going to spend one second with the tedious coverage.
I can't say I have ever been very excited about watching the Olympics...I may watch some of it if i'm bored but won't make plans to
Big fan of the olympics, always have been. I'll try and watch as much as possible. One year for the winter games, I believe it was 06, I was off the whole 2 weeks (switching jobs) and watched all day & night. It was february & had nothing else to do. Loved it.
So you watch the summer and winter olympics but don't bother with the spring and fall olympics; is that right? Same here.
Did I call that one or what? LOL This Korean won and he is legally blind. http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/storie...ME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2012-07-27-06-48-43 Good to see that they still dont allow crossbows and that its still a human powered event.
Didn't see that post coming. RC, you don't really strike me as a "pat myself on the back" type of guy. Whats got into you?
