Hello, I'm Dave, just joined and hopefully getting back into bow hunting now that I'm settled in the southeast. I purchased a Bear, Brown Bear compound bow back in the late 80's (pictures to follow hopefully) anyway, I loved the bow and was wondering if it will be worth or even possible to update it with new limbs, cams etc for hunting or just look for something new. Thanks, Dave

Is there anything wrong with the bow? If no, why upgrade it? That is a beautiful looking compound. Because the bow is so old, I doubt you can find any parts to upgrade it. There are those rare occurrences when somebody knows somebody who knows a guy. I would try amazon or eBay to find parts for the bow, you might even be able to find your bow on there for cheap. But seriously, if there is nothing wrong with it, I would use it after replacing the string and cables.
