I have a huge hickory nut tree that sits right off the front deck. Saturday night there were eight grey squirrels tearing it up.. I actually had to sweep so we could walk bare feet out on the deck. Looked like chain saw savings!

Anyway Sunday morning I thought I'd have a little fun and shoot some breakfast.. I love me some squirrel , gravy and biscuits.

I have an old recurve and thought it might be fun to try and get one with it. I dug out my old cedar flu flu arrows and it was on!

All I can say was there was no squirrel with the gravy..

I had forgotten how much fun it is to bow hunt squirrels... Now its a personal challenge for me..
