I’ve been looking at the new aluminum stands from Old Man and have been considering buying one. I have two climbers right now, a summit, and an old Myles Keller, but these old man stands look super nice. I’ve never hunted out of one, or looked at one in a store, so I’m looking for some opinions. I don’t get a ton of days to hunt, so when I’m out I have to make the most of it and usually sit all day. Are these stands easy to pack? Comfortable enough to sit from dawn till dark? Easy to use? High points/Low points? Thanks for any input.

I have an olman and love it most comfortable stand that i have ever sat in. About to buy 3 more the only thing i would say that is a little negative is that they used to make them not the easiest to pack in and out i have heard that they are much better now. But when it comes to comfort cant get anything better the web design on their seats make them so comfortable.

Thanks. Do they have good bite? My summit will climb about anything well short of a slick beech tree. I have taken a ride before with another stand, and it’s an experience I don’t want to repeat.
