I have been researching and what not about getting my old bow refinished and possibly an old pistol that looks kinda dumpy.... i looked at the dipping but seems its a bit of $$$ and i found duracoat http://www.duracoat-firearm-finishes.com/ Im thinking about trying it out or finding someone with adequate skills to airbrush it for me... it seems to reaseonably priced, comes in a variety of colors and patterns, and seems to provide a source of protection to the items it is used on.. anyone have any knowledge or incite on these products??
