Who's headed out this weekend? I'm doing some winterizing around the house this weekend but then I'm off the 31st through the 9th. The time is near!
I hope so but it's too warm! in the 70 ' s today and tomorrow. But hopefully the bucks are running around.
The gloves come off next weekend. Am pulling out all the stops. Activity has been high! Will sit all day Saturday and Sunday morning. Am pumped!
Been another warm october and it seems like the wind is constantly inconsistent at the property. Have a good buck hanging around but still only moving in the middle of the night. Saturday is looking like its going to be a better than normal day to hunt. Also have off tomorrow and Friday, still undecided about where I am going tomorrow.
Its going to pick up very soon. The first week of November here shows highs in the upper 40s...sure hope that holds true
Good luck Jake and Dan. We are supposed to get a big time warm up from today into tomorrow...up to 80 degrees on Tuesday. Then from Wed on the temps will drop down to 50 degrees as a high on Saturday with an overnight low of 31 degrees! I am going to hunt Wed afternoon, Fri morning, Sat morning, and all day Sunday! Time to kill.

Another slow weekend in southeren WI, saw 2 does. Just talked to a buddy of mine and he said that there was a 125" and a 135" in my yard late saturday night. Lots of corn still up that is just starting to get picked by my house and they are still working on the beans innanother area I'm hunting. I'll be out the 31st all day, Nov 1st and 2nd, and the afternoons of nov. 3,4,5,and 6. Good luck Everyone!
This coming weekend I start hunting hard. Cold front coming in and the rut should be starting up. Can't wait!
