Brauer, that game was gross. Pretty sure it locked us out of the Big 12 championship this season. Although I have faith that Gundy will make sure that this is our last loss for the season. Although tomorrow season opens and we get to forget about it for a while. Good to see lots of OK hunters thiseason!

not from me this morning. i was busted 2x. came in upwind, circled around and busted me. never had a shot.
Critters were awful spooky this morning. Had 5 big does come in around 6:45 and 2 yotes about 30 minutes later. None in bow range
This is the same doe that busted me this morning! The wind switched this evening, and she was real spooky, then she finally walked out from behind a tree, I released. Perfect shot a 15 yard blood trail... So nice to have some meat for the freezer so I can take some pressure off lol! I wish the rest of you 2x my luck!
I still have to harvest another doe before I can take a buck, part of the regulations of my Urban Deer Hunting Permit. The online check in was really simple and took no time at all. It sure was nice to not have to drive 15 miles out of my way to check her in.
I see a cold front is coming in this weekend, you all need to get in the trees! I went again this morning. It was pretty windy and a doe and two fawns came in. Stayed for about 20 minutes, gave me a million shot opportunities although i've decided not to take her this year because i've already taken the big doe of the group and I'd sure hate to orphan those 2 fawns. I know other does will adopt them but they still have 3 or 4 spots a piece and my wife would kill me if she saw that doe on my Jeep knowing that is was the one she said "Awww" everytime she saw her, lol.
