QAD Ultrarest or Limb-Driver Pro-V. When I got the Spyder 30 the tech at the shop told me it would rub on the rough blackout finish and would not put it on. I bought it, took it home and set it up myself. Worked like a charm with no fraying.

Highly recommend QAD. Have both the top model QAD and the budget priced Hunter model. The Hunter has some plastic on it but at about 60 bucks also functions great.

Looks like a lot of folks like the QAD!

I use the Trophy Ridge Revolution. I've used it for 3 or 4 years now and it's never failed me. I like the fact that it "spins" out of the way as opposed to dropping. It's quieter than the Ripcord I used prior.

Thanks guys, I ended up getting the QAD Ultra in black off amazon. took it into the shop today when pickin up MAH NEW NITRUM 34!!!.....Anywayssss...... They already had a QAD Hoyt edition on that bow and the guys were nice enough to suggest that I just give them the new one that I brought in. Win-Win for the both of us. they get a new rest to mark up to high hell and I get the more spendy Hoyt rest.

I currently have a QAD HDX if I change it will be to a limb driver. So far I have had zero issues and love the QAD.

For the money, I believe the Limbdrivers, either standard or the Pro-V are the best out there. Super easy to setup and tune and its the fastest dropping rest going. I never liked the monkey business of tying into a cable.

Also, the Limbdrivers are ALL metal construction and extremely durable. One thing about the QAD's that I never liked, plastic.

Bumping this... Can anyone tell me what the difference is between these 3 rests?

I'm assuming it is the colors and the curved bar?

Whats the difference between the HDX and the HD Pro Series?

I agree. I bought a Limbdriver Pro V and had it hitting the 10 ring at 20 yards within five minutes. Very simple to tune.

I'd wait if you already have a rest. The new code red for 2015 is going to be the bomb!
