I don't think so. I think we should have fired most of them 20 years ago and started a 10 percent flat tax on everyone and every organization. End of money problems and a lot less bull hockey. I wasn't saying anything about defending the IRS. I had a neighbor that was a lawyer, an attorney with the IRS in Woodlawn, MD. The top thing on his to do list everyday was read the morning Baltimore Sun from cover to cover so he didn't fall asleep. According to him, he did nothing for 20 years.
