I don't have any "before's", either (that was over 6yrs ago, now)......but the day I decided to do something about my weight, I tipped the scales at a disgusting 236#'s. My std. waist, then, was 38".....and I'm almost ashamed to say I had a pair or two of pants in 40". I own the P90X series, and there's a couple of the CD's I like. But, I'm an old-fashioned, new-fangled treadmiller. I mix in a "little" weights now and then, but nothing takes weight off me like running. I'm not a big "fan" of running, but the results don't lie. I'm hoping the bike I just bought will breed similar results. I did 10mi., last night.....and I'm gonna do 15, tomorrow. THIS is weight I carry best (taken last summer). That's how 190# looks on me. That's where I need to be (190-195), every day. I still want to go to CO at 185#. I'll see if I can round up a "before"......but those were before my digital camera days.
the same reason you send me PMs asking for them :D ....just playin guys Gary ... you dont have to be half naked ... there was a post of Rob from a show ....you could see the difference when he was fully clothed Jeff ... you want to be thinner than that for your elk trip?
Yes. Every pound I don't take with me to CO....is a pound I don't have to lug around, while I'm there!....lol
I wonder if LESS muscle would be beneficial, as well as less fat ..... I am thinking of the oxygen factor .... our muscles need them .... would a pencil neck that is in shape have an easier time than a muscle head? ....
Ill get you some after pics reallll soon, but just in case this motivates you, I weighed 248 lbs at the begining of last year, before baseball started. I started baseball last year and decided I needed to lose some major weight and get in better shape. I started t run and eat a lil better and got down to 338, ten pound made a lot of difference. I was able to keep that weight off and then i started lifting in August. I imediately started dropping inches but kept the weight in muscle growth. It was nice but I still wanted less weight, s i stopped lifting as much and started running more and eating a lot more healthy. Since January, I went from 238 to 214, which has made an enormous difference. Now I am gonna get a lil more liftin in and keep running more to fill in everything, which shouldnt be too to hard.
Don't have a before one handy but I think you've seen this one... took it on Day 90 of round 1 last summer. I'm in the middle of doing two back-to-back rounds this summer, and will finish up the week I head out to Colorado.
I started it midway over summer break from college... but once i got to college i didnt have the time or resources to do it... i wanna try it again this summer
