Ok so i have picked a bow a diamond black ice and a rest octane hostage pro now i need help on picking a sight set up and a stabilzer and arrows then i will be in the business (with alot of practice of course) lol
Two years ago, I went with the Flash Point sight. Its worked great for me. easy to adjust, and the pins stay bright well past shooting light w/o burning a hole in your eye in the bright sun.
I'll soon be checking out some sights. On my list is TRuglo micro brite 3 pin, Sword twilight hunter, & viper H500. I'll let you know what I decide
I've been using a SH Hunter Hogg-It and am generally happy. But the thing is a tank... plenty durable, and plenty heavy too. I generally backcountry pack/hunt and after several days out, 'every ounce, counts' as they say. So although I like the sight, I'm sorta looking for something with the same level of performance but lighter. Stabilizer? Jeeminitney... I must have a whole drawer full of 'em. I have a Fuse on my Drenalin right now. Does the trick and looks cool too.
Another vote for Viper Archery Products. I have 4, 2 Viper Predator Pro MT's and 2 Predator Pro 2000's. Best I've found. I'm also very anxious to check and try the new Octane sight by Bowtech. Prior to Viper, I was thinking Spott Hogg and this new Octane should surpass my expectations.
That is what I will be switching to also. Dad's got them. Its funny how you can still see his pins, after dark. Crazy.
