I didn't see a single deer this evening either. Even my morning hunt wasn't good. The time change made me get into the stand an hour later than I wanted, and there were 11 does in the cut beans when I walked in. Skunked twice in one day

The next couple days are going to be tough. Full moon, clear nights....activity all night. Mid day sightings might be up if you sit all day but it's going to be rough.

i think it might be the time change, give it a few days..maybe the deer were still moving that hour later, which would make it dark.....who knows..

Its crazy i sat alll day and saw one doe, blank this morning, and one doe tonight..from a distance, not close at all.

I'm not sure why you guys are complaining about a full moon?

Deer are VERY active during this phase.

You just need to be in your stand during the mid-day hours to see the activity.

I think they are more active mid-day than when there is not ... but it still isn't like central ave out there .. I woul;d think they would be moving early tonight ..

I didn't know the deer knew about DST, tricky little fur balls. I enjoy a full moon to hunt by. Had quite a few running all over the place last night.

I always have hated full moons.
And in my experience the "supposed" mid-day movement during full moons is a joke. I've yet to see it
