i got a new bow about a month or so ago and i am gonna upgrade the sight. i have a trophy ridge 5 pin, while i have no problems with it i want a vertical pin sight. i am torn between the trophy ridge fire wire V3, cuz 3 pins is all i really think i need, or an adjustable sight, hha or tru glo range rover. i like them all but cant afford to buy a sight i do not like and im having a hard time deciding if the adjustable would be just one more hassle in the heat of the moment.

also i might upgrade the quiver. i have the 4 arrow quiver it came with and really dont have a problem with it but i might be able to get an octane 1 piece quiver used for like 85 bucks in great shape. i know they are sweet but are the octane quivers worth that money for a treestand hunting application??

any help between these two items would be greatly appreciated...
    thanks in advance

If you have a local pro shop around I would see if they have any demo bows with a sight you are intrested in and shoot it. I've shot a hha and while it was very easy target shooting I'm a 5 pin guy and would be hesitant to go hunting with one. All I can say is to shoot the style you want first has to be atleast on demo bow with a hha. As far as trophy ridge might be hard to find on a demo bow. Imho I would just leave the sight you have unless it is causing you probems. Take the money and put it a side when you need something for you bow you will have the money just my .02 cents Good luck

I Love the HHA Rear sliders and have used a couple of different models with No problems. As far as Quivers are concerned the Octane quivers are nice. I prefer the Bantamweight Quiver personally. I like the lightweight and extreme adjustability.
