I'm starting to get some bucks on the property. They're all young, no shooters, but I do like seeing them. Anyhow, the top picture is a buck I see about once a week. The pic from Oct. 11 (the butt shot) I'm not certain it's the same deer. It's a crap pic, and not only that, it's the only pic. (I assume that the flash went off behind him and he bolted). But the other deer (Sept. 11th pic) is comfortable with the camera taking his pic. He's totally nocturnal, so he always sees the flash. Here's why I'm questioning it. The 2nd pic (butt shot) you can barely see his rack on his left side. It just seems larger to me than the picture of the first buck. Wishful thinking? Any thoughts? I know it's tough. It's just got me curious. What do you think?
I'm going to say no also.. The deer in the bottom picture is bigger all the way around. Ps. I'm no expert.
I've got a pic of an 8 point from the same batch, but he looks significantly different. So, this is clearly another buck who came cruising through. This picture initially escaped my view because I tend to blow past the ones that are at night. I'm generally trying to see if all of the does are still alive and well. I can't believe the camera got a picture of his butt and then he disappeared. I've decided to let all of the does live through the season, maybe I need to be in the right place at the right time to see if I can get a better pic of this guy.. Maybe he's a shooter. My luck, he was on his way to the other side of the county. LOL.
2 different bucks the second is just to the outside of the ears at least on that side. Also I know you can't see but it looks like the second one would have a brow tine.
Two totally different deer. One on the bottom is at least a six if he has brow tines. And the time length is well more than doubled Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
