Then you missed the point completely. You may well be the poster child for the anti-capital punishment crowd. Emotion can have nothing to do with law. Fortunately, because of your endless encounters with violence, you would likely never be allowed to sit on a jury for such a case. You would be dismissed by the defense attorney in the first round of selection.
When a person commit a murder it shows a level of depravity you never could imagine a person could do. Actually some people do make mistakes when they kill someone and some of those people can be helped. But in OJ's case the police presented the facts, then tampered with evidence. So it was no way possible he was going to get convicted of murder. 1) Why allow him to put those gloves on with rubber gloves without giving him an exact pair of the same gloves not used in the murder in the same manner? 2) Why didn't the dog bite the murderer? OJ took the dog to dog obedience school and he spent more time with the dog than she did. 3) The police presented a case of how commited the murders took place far to soon in the investigation and then doubled back on it to present a new theory. Even if you see the the detectives story on the discovery channel ID. One of the detectives said just that. So presented with those facts it's no way OJ was guilty even if he was guilty. Lastly they never explained how Ron Goldman got scratches on his wrist. You have to have an opened mind and just believing in the death penalty isn't enough and not everyone is guilty. Poster child that's a joke. A defense attorney look at people that think like you as a get out of jail free card. And Karma will eventually find OJ.
Try this... 1) Get your hunting gloves 2) Get a pair of pair of rubber examination gloves non-hypoallergenic. 3) Now put on your hunting gloves with your fingers splayed out. 4) Stop at the point when you can't get your hands in the gloves without some effort then splay your fingers. Post back what you've found...I've got to get to the gym later.
Your rambling about gloves has absolutely nothing to do with my point. And, certainly does nothing to prove yours. My point is, the man was found innocent by the law, yet you wish to put him in the electric chair because by some divine wisdom, you KNOW him to be guilty. Yes, that makes you a prime candidate for poster child to the anti-capital punishment crowd. There have been a lot of people that were serving life sentences in prison that were released with the advent of DNA testing. I am sure that each of those individuals had someone believing with equal conviction as yours that they were guilty as charged. But guess what, they were innocent and their lives were ruined because of poor police work, or, because a jury ruled with emotion rather than fact. By the way, there is a good chance those blood-stained gloves would have fit me, or you. That certainly doesnt make us guilty. If that was the best the prosecution could come up with, then their case was weak. By the way, how do you know the dog didnt bite the murderer?
My point is the gloves that you normally wear easily will not fit if you wear a pair of latex examination gloves. Try experimenting before being insulting. If you had seen the after case investigation, Nicole Brown Simpson had a bloody hand print on her back. The blood was OJ's. A Crime Scene Tech washed her body before the Autopsy and the evidence was collected. That information was left out the trial by the prosecutors, but was talked about by the defense. I have my theory's and you have yours that is what makes this place such a lovely place. Later!
Philip Vannatter, the lead investigator in O.J. Simpson case whom also died in January...Spoke of this on the Discovery ID investigation aftermath. Remember the samples that came under fire because of the Lab Tech that left the samples in the vehicle unattended those samples were thrown out. One of those samples where collected from Nicole's back, the fence, vehicle and his home. Those samples matched OJ's but as it were the chain of collection was broken because the tech was not with them 100% of the time. So the blood was not useable. Philip Vannatter dies at 70; LAPD detective in O.J. Simpson case The detective had a reputation for meticulous, tough-minded work. Philip Vannatter arrested Roman Polanski in 1977 and led the investigation of Nicole Brown Simpson's and Ronald Goldman's deaths.
Again, you are not following the concept that I dont care if the gloves do or dont fit. Makes little to no difference. There are millions of pairs of gloves out there that will fit you and I. Agreed, they will not easily slide over latex. I dont have to experiment to know that. For the prosecution to even allow that stunt was possibly the singe most idiotic strategy ever attempted in a courtroom. Doesnt matter, period. I have no theory beyond innocent until PROVEN guilty. If that is different from yours, I dont know what more to say. Perhaps your seemingly inexhaustible chronicles of gun and knife violence from first hand experince has somewhat slanted your views of justice.
My brother and I took my 93 year old aunt up to Oswego, NY today for lunch, light shopping, touring and in the process stopped in a book store. Yes, my sister in law and I actually bought a couple books. Anyway, one of the new releasses was a book titled something like, "OJ is innocent and I can Prove it". LOL I showed it to my brother and ask.... do you think anyone is really interested or cares at this point?
Thank goodness, Geraldo Rivera has solved the mystery. Now he can get back to looking for Al Capone's secret vault.
