I own a farm about 15 miles north of this property. This is a new lease/club. Compared to my current place, this place has much more cover and much more remote. I will still continue to hunt my current place as well.

I have had my current farm 4 years and every year it gets better. Once you limit the pressure and move the bucks into the upper age classes things get unbelievable.

The big key is limiting pressure by limiting the amount of hunters.

This is a 1,289 acre property located near the Scioto/Adams County line with a dense deer population and great trophy potential. This is a very remote lease with gated access that is comprised of oak ridges, pines, creek bottoms, and thick clear cuts. This massive property has the three essentials needed for any great deer lease; food, cover, and water. A wide variety of terrain and habitat should provide outstanding archery and gun hunting.
I have a few open slots remaining on this lease that is limited to 8 hunters total. Price is $1,400 and includes year round access to the property. Great deer, turkey, mushroom hunting. PM me a.s.a.p. for maps and/or to walk the property. The remaining slots will be given out on a first come, first served basis. Thanks.

    Mine from this year.

Have 2 spots left. A couple of additional pics of the place.
