    hunt was recorded. guess he had the land owner sign paper work that said he could hunt this lease, called the dnr and told them he was hunting this beast, then after he shot it called the dnr for the recovery. think he covered all his bases. lets just hope this story stands

    what a beast!!.

    too damn bad nowdays a fellas got to cover the "bases" like he did.
    if i shot a world class buck, i'd shut down any more pics/stories forever if anykind of rumors started flying.

    I would not release any pictures and the taxidermist would have to sign a gag order, heck with that hanging on the wall you better have a good security system and an insurance policy to boot. Not to mention the rumors and jealousy.

    Just read on AT that it was a game farm deer from a local flying reindeer/unicorn farm that was killed at night over a bait pile using a gps guided arrow. Disgusting what lengths some people will go to to kill a deer!
