I'm not in here often but this was so dang good! Wild turkey breast as much silver skin removed as possible . Cut into finger strips, egg wash and then dredged it a combo of pork rind planko and a little almond flour seasoned with Italian herbs and garlic powder. Place in air fryer sprayed with avocado oil 400°10-12 mins. I had fresh garden corn, beet greens and peas as sides. Dipping was blue cheese dressing. Tender juicy and Oh so good!
