So I had my trailcams out since the 1st of the year to see what deer made it through. I was hoping to see my number one buck "Shorty" and another deer I call "Palmer". I have been hunting Shorty since 2012 and have had him within bow range 4 times but for different reasons couldn't close the deal. Well, I checked cams and low and behold I got both on camera. The first few pics are Shorty through the years and the last pic is Palmer.

That 8pt is a beauty! Good luck with him next season. Those two pics are dated March 12 2015.

Yeah they were from the last few weeks. I have pics of him from November 2014 but these two were the most recent. The one I must have punched in the date wrong when I set it.

Very cool. Here's hoping they make it through into next season for you to hunt.
