Checked my camera and only had doe, turkey and tractor picks(on the edge of a field). Kind of bummed but moved it to a move promising spot but probably won't check until the week before season.

Just wanted to give the Wisconsin guys a heads up. My buddy and I have a group called "The Wisconsin Rut Report" on Facebook. We have members all over the state and had a great amount of info shared about deer activity and the rut last year. If you do a search and ask to join I'll approve you. It's cool to see how the rut started and progressed last year. Let me know if you have any questions.

Well yesterday went out to put ratchet strap and bow hanger on stand well it started down pouring and needless to say we got a ton of rain and now my truck is stuck out in the field so we had to make a hike back to the road roughly half mile in the rain..this will make a great story..I told my friend that I need to have my truck by bow season...my luck it won't stop raining from here on out!

Well went to cabelas to get the last couple things before the season . Picked up some NAP BloodRunner 2s then just some scent killer spray, clothes wash and some new cloves and a new hat. All I need to do is tune the bow to the broadheads and I'm ready to put the smack down on a big ole swamp donkey this season! Just need some more rain and we will be good!

I will probably buy one doe take for private central farmland because I will use my free tag on a central farmland public doe or a central forest public doe.

Thought about it just to get some more does off of our property but have enough friends hunting it that we should be OK. That is if they want to shoot a doe.

How far up north is your hunting land? Most of the northern counties are buck only this year.

Hey Peeps! Back from the great northern Canadian bush! Limit on walleyes both in my cooler brought back and in my stomach! 100% bear kill rate at camp with 7 hunters!! Have to love the 2 blade rage in the cage! So Im warmed up and ready to get some venison on the ground and in my freezer.

I am also on Team 13.
