Just got back from GA, seen 5 deer, had two spikes within 20yrds of me, a small 6pt and a doe come in together but the doe was too far away. Then had a big buck at about 100yrds and only seen him for a couple seconds. Gonna hunt FL when I can then I go back up to GA at the end of October!
Going to be mainly hunting Gloster, mississippi at my lease. I have 5 shooters so far one being a drop tine buck we call drop tine 9. Also making my first trip to Kansas this year so excited about that!! 2 more days till i get in the stand baby!!!!!
Headed out this weekend for one last card pull and to scout a new lease we just picked up. lots of hardwoods and creeks so hoping to find a good crossing point near some oak trees and get a camera put op on that. Then ill be out the 15th for opening day. hope to put curly on the ground!
Put the smack down on a couple of does this weekend in Oklahoma! Finally killed something...didn't even get to draw my bow last year. :D
