Just love having to leave my $20/hr job to come to jury duty for a whopping 40 dollars. That's not even minimum wage if i have to be here longer then 5.5 hours. Really feel bad for the people that actually get selected to serve, they really get shafted. Love how unemployment rate is high as ever, so let's call people that have jobs instead of people that are unemployed sitting on their asses doing nothing.

But would you really want those people sitting on their asses on your jury? I sure as heck would want you over them!!

This weekends run got a shooter. Had this guy in range twice last year but no clean shots. Anything open was a straight dead on shot. No go. But its nice to see him live and well.... For now.

I know. It's awesome. We also found some land that is part of a game commission cooperation with landowners where the landowners open up their land for hunting and the game commission will help with the management of their land. It is about 1000 acres.

Decided to check on food plots yesterday. Had a lot of weeds so we sprayed a couple of them to try and knock the weeds down.

Pulled the chip out of a camera that was close to one of the food plots to see what on it. This guy was a regular at the site.

I think he is mid 30's possibly low 40's. I also think he is only a three year old.

I've never tried them, but have found quite a few scrapes on my property as well, around field edges and just inside the woods of those edges.

Actually, I've never really hunted scrapes before. I usually start locating them around mid/end October but other than that I've never sat over one.

I usually wait till the last week of September because thats about when they start opening up in Virginia. Most activity though from trail cams have been at night. :(

I emailed jd4055 today telling him to check in asap or we would have to request an alternate. It shows he has not been on since the 17th. Hopefully he gets the email and checks in soon.

Think he actually just goes down the alternate list in order. Then if there is enough alternates left after everyone gets what they need, he makes a new team out of them...

In the rules thread Fitz says he wants team finalized by Sept. 13th. I say we give JD until at the latest next Friday, then ask for a replacement.
