Seeing any bears?

 

Got bears on camera. They aren't coming in during shooting light tho. Today is our last hunt. Talked to a guide up north that has 15 hunters and only got 2 bears since the first. They're being really stubborn lol

I am heading down to Ohio for the last time before season. Checking cams & hanging last minute sets.

 

McDonalds grain? Lol no I did use to work at McDonalds its been over a couple years ago in blanchester Ohio lol. I worked there for 2 years now I've been a project manager for a cleaning company going on 3 years lol. Why?

 

In the stand, been raining for the last 90 minutes... Looks like it just about done.

A year ago today this big boy showed up on my cam... Same place I will be hunting this evening.

 

You know what grinds my gears... I hunt my girlfriends parents land. Her dads brother decided that today would be a good day to come up and beat around the property. Said he cut trails, shooting lanes for new stands he hung, etc. My weekend is shot for hunting I think. I can't get mad cause its not my property... But I just want to know why he waited until bow hunting opener to do that stuff.

Day one was a bust for me. Nothing to be seen. Going to give it one more sit tomorrow morning, and that will be it for this weekend. Probably be a couple of weeks before I get back out.

Sure, just had one at 15 yds... In the backyard :/ Spent the day in the words yesterday and only see one around 100yds. SMH.
