    Good luck this evening!
In less than 48 hours I will be setting in a stand, have 4 solid days off and plan to hit it several times. Also supposed to be a good bit cooler this weekend so hoping for good things

Good luck, guys. We're T-minus 4 days now. Saturday AM is still calling for rain on our opener here in PA. Hoping that changes.

Been super slow for some reason where I'm hunting at!!! Seen 4 deer in the last 4 sits!!! Thinking it's probably all the crops being up still around me!! Can't let it get me down though!!! Being in the tree makes it all worth while!!! Heading out again here shortly for another night sit!!!

We have a high pressure system with much lower temps here in NE Ohio on Thursday and Friday. I'll be out on Friday for an evening sit. It's been slow here too. I think it's because of all of the standing corn along with tons of acorns.

Well I'm in the stand. Been a rough start. Someone beat me to my number 1 spot, then I set my stand down in stick tights and spent 15 minutes clearing them off the seat, dropped my gloves out of the stand, and my wheat isn't coming up yet because it's turned off dry around here. But it's opening day and I'm in a stand!

Even with all of that I'd rather be where you are than where I'm sitting! Good luck.

Sat yesterday evening and had a doe at 40 but no shot opportunities. Then I had one blow as I climbed down.
Hopefully you guys are having a little bit better luck than me.

Well my first sit was a bust, looks like it's going to be all about acorns this year which is going to make it a bit harder because they are ....everywhere.....
Didn't make it out this morning but will be back at it this afternoon. Good luck everybody

Sorry I have been off the forum for awhile I have been dealing with selling my parents house and I am a Grandpa...first grandson was born on September 12th....I will be out next weekend for my first hunt. We have been out setting up tree stands and checking trail cams but no shooters yet on film...need to switch trail cam locations from one farm to another... now the weather is cooperating...yeah I am getting excited about hunting again...

    Good luck to everyone

Rain here today also. Going to take advantage and check some cams. I'll hunt tomorrow evening we are going to have a high rising pressure so hopefully they will move. Sat yesterday and nothing by me but watched 15 deer from 300 yds walk within 20 yards of my other blind. Go figure.

Well fellas iv been hard at it, at least in the evenings. Saw a shooter last night but it was to dark for a shot. That's the only deer iv seen in 4 sits. I put a friend on 3 does and another friend on a young buck so hopefully the good karma will come back around. I just got up a tree for the first time on my new xop hang on, feels a lot different than my summit viper. And will definitely have to get some better pack straps....
    Good luck out there guys!
