Whoa....alright! Third place with 140+" still not entered...

Good luck in the stand this evening everyone!
Cunningham...sorry you didn't find that buck...maybe he's still on the hoof somewhere...might even get another crack at him when you get back to hunting again.

Lol, well a guy can wish can't he.

Actually dry novembers here in MO/KS aren't that uncommon. Tons of beans left in the fields here.

Ya around my house the corn and soya just finally got cut. I still see some fields but most are gone.

I wonder if the corn an soya being out so late has effected my property? It's never that late up here so there probabaly not interested in my plot. Normally up here by mi October would be considered late. We're mid November this year.

Reports from the field here says they weren't moving worth a damn here today. MO rifle season opened today and I'm betting opener kills are down by at least 60% this year. There weren't any shots anywhere around here all day that I heard.

Well guys I've been in the stand last night, this morning, and this afternoon... Nothing doing though. I only saw one doe yesterday. She was nice but had her tail up and was all around me. I was hoping she would pull a good buck but she didn't.

Today I was at my house. I didn't see any deer but just like Brent, it was crazy windy and I didn't hear a single shot all day either, very strange.

Tomorrow is going to be a wash. We're actually right in the middle of the severe storm area and it's supposed to start here in just a couple of hours. So it's church, then out to lunch and the IU game.

OH, the great news is that in the last week I've had 2 huge bucks on camera. Both are right outside shooting hours though. Still plenty of time in the season. Due to this I'm going to focus on this property.

I'll get some pics posted here in a bit.

Discouraging reports but weather will do that sometimes. Wind is suppose to let up a little tomorrow so I am gonna hit it in the morning at least... Could stay all day though

Next weekend is suppose to be cold & chance of snow!!!
