Checking in! Season runs pretty much entire month of May for me, can't wait! Be my first year going after birds with just the archery equipment. Let's win this thing!

I vote on bighoss since you already said you wouldn't mind. I'm starting to see birds breaking up into smaller groups and lots of lone toms walking around by themselves. Can't wait! Youth hunt in 4 weekend and April 15 is first week for me baby! I have two tags one for wisconsin and one for Illinois and plan on buying 2 more over counter.
I would say make a list of names suggested and we can vote. Honestly I am not picky and will be fine with any of the names suggested.
I was out scouting today too. Found a few tracks, one possible roost tree, a shed and a skull. Then saw 3 big toms from the highway on the way home. It was a pretty good day.
This snow really put a damper on my Turkey Hunting enthusiasm... waiting for melt and April! Then i'll get pumped. Big Hoss for Captain! Name TBD. I do like Blind Dwellers.
I'm in Redwood county. Have goose hunted Houston county area a few times. Awesome area indeed. Saw some great bucks too. Have a buddy that is from Houston county and shoots some nice bucks. Good luck turkey hunting!
I work odd hours and would never have time to catch people while they are actually home so about a week ago I left some notes on a few doors asking if the land owners could call me if I could hunt their land. I had kinda given up on hoping to hear back from any of them until today got a text saying I could hunt a property and he will let me know when I could come over to talk about rules and property lines and such. This property borders another 60 I can hunt already granted that 60 is pretty much one big cut corn field. Anyway I will keep updated with the scouting I find and how big the property actually is!

I originally thought there was a one week time limit on checking in when I made that comment about him being a no show. I misread the sign up thread.
