I sure hope so VS! The weather looks to be pretty good with temperatures being slightly cooler than last weekend, along with no rain. Also, now that the full moon is finally past, hopefully I'll be seeing a little more movement.

We are looking at rain tomorrow. I am going to try and hunt in the am and pm, but I am feeling sick. I am gonna suck it up and hunt in the am, then see how I feel.

    Commander Kill over and out!

Well yesterday I went and checked my mock scrapes out and pulled the camera's to check out the pics. All I got were mostly doe's and a few fawns and 3 smaller 1.5 year old bucks. Camera's were on these mock scrapes for 8 days so apparently I don't have them In the right spots. While I was out there I put 3 more mock scrapes In other spots I think a good buck could be bedding. All of the mock scrapes I put out are up wind (North prevailing wind going on right now) where I think an older mature buck could be bedding or traveling. We'll see In a week when I check my 3 camera's.

By the way, I still haven't been In the woods yet hunting. I'm getting the Itch though, another week or so. Good luck all!!!

Unless I am mistaken and someone isn't telling me something, Paul didn't get a doe. I got another one last night, but I don't think he did.

Well with everything just being updated on the score card it looks like we're currently in 4th place. Time to knock down a buck or to me thinks! I'd say we're still doing fairly well with having a couple spots for does to fill up and none of us with a buck down yet.

Well boys I had a pretty darn good hunt this morning. Saw 5 bucks, one MONSTER, another possible shooter then 3 young bucks. None came close enough and I really didn't get the best look at any of them but I know one was huge. I heard him making rubs early this mornin then 3 of the other ones came down into the marsh where i could see bits and pieces of them and then the other nice buck came from who knows where. But i'm pretty much jacked up now! Good luck!

Have you had a chance to get back out and have any encounters with the bucks you saw the other day Ryan? I think tomorrow I am going to take off of work since my class at 3 is canceled and try to make it home in time to get an afternoon sit in. I still have yet to see a buck on stand, but I have a feeling they might be moving a little more with the cold weather.
