    I'm here brother, and I'm checking in. I'm kind of glad we got bumped from slot "13". Not that I'm superstitious or anything.

    I'll be hunting three states this year, but I have high expectations this year for right here on my home hunting ground.

    Oh, I'm pretty sure you're gonna have some help from over here in Tennessee. After three years of letting younger 7 and 8 point bucks walk on my home lease, they're starting to get mature enough that it's time to take one out. The rule on this club is "mature" 8 point or better, and I believe that all of that "passing" is going to pay off this year.

    September 24th here in TN, October 1st in Arkansas, and September 15th in Missouri, but I won't be hunting in Missouri until November.
