Purely speculative....guessing around 150.....zero clue how they're going to locate main beam or I almost wonder if zero beam measurements exist and everything is just treated as abnormal points?? Cannot wait to see scoresheet!

Well, I was able to meet with a measurer this past weekend and pull tape on the buck.

He was unofficially measured at 105 5/8".

The gentleman had never scored a buck like that before so he contacted Dave Boland over at B&C to get an idea how he measures them. The measurer was a standup guy and I really enjoyed swapping stories and seeing some awesome deer he was able to score in the past.

To make a long story short, he will be officially scored (hopefully) at the Dixie Deer Classic in March.
Main beams were not able to be determined at that time, thus an inside width measurement, H2, H3 and H4 all couldn't be measured.

    His Right H1 measured 8 3/8" and Left H1 measured 10 0/8"

Whether or not main beams are able to be determined during the official measuring will dictate if his score is around 105 5/8" or more.

Edit: It appears that this buck will be unscorable by B&C and P&Y standards. Below is a link explaining.

Wow! That's a bit surprising, but in all honesty, a buck like that doesn't need a score to impress anyone

Been a pleasure competing with everyone this year.

Was absolutely crazy the amount of big bucks being killed early on. Can't recall another season since I've been entering where so many were killed in such a short time, a lot were ahead of the peak rut as well.

5 days remain and the top spot remains up for grabs, have two on our team still at it and team 3 has one that I know of.

    Fat lady currently has laryngitis....

Congrats to all the hunters that have tagged an animal this year. Good luck to you all next year and hope to have a great season myself. I have a few bucks out there that have made it through the season and in hopes that they come back this coming hunting season. To my teammates on TEAM 3 Size Matters, thank you all and I hope that we get to go for a third season together.

We'll give it to team 3 reluctantly.

One of our team members was unable to get the required 2nd pic with bow. We would have taken it if so, taxidermist sent it to an official scorer and time ran out.

Shame this one couldn't have been entered. Score sheet was lost so only a net score would have been entered

    215 5/8

    Lost to a technicality
