Thanks and hopefully. Just left the archery Range. All good with my bow. I'll be sitting tomorrow morning on the lookout.

    Sat all day.
Saw 8 does but not her.
    No birds circling anywhere.
This is the second time in my life I've lost a deer and it really sucks.

I was shocked when I pulled the card this afternoon. He is a least a 12 pt, may be a 13 pt. Came in with 2 button bucks and a spike. I have been hearing this year from a couple local hunters that there is a big buck running around. This may be him

This was the first bucks I had since thanksgiving morning. I going to try and feed them heavy this winter to see if I can keep a few around. Maybe next year do a food plot so I don't have to buy corn.

Hey guys just an update. I shot a doe Monday at 320pm. Dropped her off at K's kuts for loins, bacon and hotdogs. I'll be hunting Saturday morning in a different area. Really hoping to at least see a buck. [IMG] Obviously with me losing that doe it felt great to exhale with my pin buried behind the shoulder and watch the arrow hit where I aimed. I haven't seen the doe I shot again. I think when she ducked and turned that the arrow must have deflected off bone. That's the only reason I can imagine why my arrow landed 5 yards away from her.

Hope everyone had a nice Christmas. I arrived in Vermont with my girlfriend at 6 this morning to spend time with her family until Tuesday. I got a stealth cam for Christmas which is always welcomed.

I haven't been out since December 21St. I checked cams yesterday and only had pictures of Does and 2 trespassers on dirt bikes. I do believe I'm done for the season at this point.

I have been out a couple times this week. Had a group of 5-6 bucks come thru last week twice during day light. Just waiting on really cold weather, that seems to be when they moving the most. Here is a pic of the best one in the group.
