    Well the geese are flying. They have fired a few shots. Probably 500 yards away so not sure what to do. Have a few cameras i would like to check. Guess if they shoot again i might go do that.

    I've shot a doe with my deer rifle and had a buck come in 10 min later. Don't worry about it Fergie and keep on hunting.

    I wouldn't worry about the shots either. Couple seasons ago I was filming deer while my uncle and his friends were sighting in rifles about 75 yards away. They continued to feed the entire time and a small buck was bedded down. They could have cared less until my uncle walked the path towards my tree and they seen him. He didn't know I was in this area, but after seeing a huge buck tailing a doe hat morning I wasn't leaving.

    Very so morning! Have been out since first light and all that I see are does on another alfalfa field across the road.wish some would walk this way just to see something.

    The woods have been cold during legal shooting light this year. I shot the first and only deer (Doe) I saw from the stand this year on my third sit.

    I sat my sweet spot last weekend and won't go back until this weekend. I didn't even hunt on Sunday because after seeing nothing Saturday I decided it was too early to sit my honey hole stand.

    Tony not sure about your neck of the woods but I havent seen a deer the last couple weeks before 930-10am with the heaviest movement being around noon. FWIW However I anticipate / hope that to be changing about now.

    I'd imagine the farming activity could be playing a role as well though.
