    Just had a nice Doe come out of thicket, scent check my mock scrape that i had freshened and fed her way back into thicket! 70 yards! Just a leg stretcher i guess!

    Well my hunt might be over already. Two does just ran by because a big dog was chasing them..

    Would you shoot a dog that was chasing deer?

    No. It is not the dogs fault. I have no problem with you knocking the holly **** out of the owner though.

    It seems like the dogs are loose a lot more all of a sudden. You can bet I'll be finding out who the owner is and knocking on a door or two.

    4 point came in for 15 minutes, fed on acorns browse and checked mock scrape out ! Should have him on stealth cam vid as well as filmed! Cam is pointed at mock scrape!

    Just got in stand only 70 min of light left but better than nothing. Couldn't hunt my favorite spot because I know deer are already there.

    3 Does and a fawn just came in, checked out mock scrape! The big e smart gal stared me down forever! She was edgie i didnt try it! 15 yards!

    Had a lot of late activity but too dark for a shot. Small buck was working a scrape down the hill from me.

    Headed back out tomorrow morning.

    Total count for the night was 8 does, a buck and one dog.
