Really? Almost every time I go down to check our cattle in the pasture there are deer mixed in.

Keep the updates coming guys. Good stuff. I am at work staring at my computer waiting for the next deer to be shot.

    to Martin Bow Shooter:

I thought the same thing my first time. It will get better. I absolutley love my climber now. I believe it keeps me in the stand longer, to much work to get down for something! Stick with it. What kind of climber is it?

The climber will get better. Try practicing with it a few times.

I know the feeling, except I'm staring at my phone. 23 degrees, 6mph wind and probably 75 deer under my stand.

Martin Bow Shooter, the noise isnt as bad as you think. I have been in the process of climbing up, halfway up the tree, and had deer walk by 10 yards away watching me. They just kept walking. Its happened twice so far. It wasnt a 4 year old buck but a 2-3 year oild doe. I think sometimes the noise gets their curiosity.

Back on stand, ready to punch my tag. Pretty windy hear, at least it will drown out the squirrel noise.
