    At my spot, heading in. Son shot a doe out of here last night but there's a nice buck in the area. Lots of scrapes and rubs. Rained last night now it's dropped 20 degrees. Should be a good morning.

    In stand one hour til light or legal light any way so bright out here. Quick hunt this am ... Sitting in a fixed lock on over looking one of my Monster Raxx Stumps. According to my cam there was a nice 8 pt here 1800 yesterday.

    I had 3 does walk in about 730. Same does I always see. 2 of them are good sized. Saving them for my boys. Beautiful morning though

    Just missed a nice 8 pointer this morning... with my car going to work. Standing right on the gravel and never even flinched. Heading to the deer stand for first time this weekend, this got me pretty fired up. Spend most of this years funds and get away time on my bear hunt.

    Looks like my day is probably over before it really got started. Just had a nice buck start walking in, stuck his fat nose in the air and busted me. We had an epic staring contest. Every deer I've seen comes in from the other way except this guy. Not huge, looked like a 6 point, but I would've definitely shot him. I doubt he's coming back anytime soon, but ill wait and see for a bit
