    Bad hunt today fellas. Around six two guys came looking for a tree to hang a stand in about 200 yards away. Ten minutes later they came back with their truck, tearing down the field. There is "no motorized vehicle" signs posted all around the property. My dad got out of the blind waved this hands in the air and they booked outta there. Then, at 7, a HALF AN HOUR before dark- a.k.a prime time, some guy and a girl came down the trail looking for a place to hunt. 7 o'clock??? I mean really?? Extremely irritated right now....

    Ended up seeing 5 slick heads and killed one of them at 600 pm. Two down and two to go then will be trophy hunting the rest of the year.

    I'm out this morning and it's just beginning to get light really good. Watching and listening to the geese and ducks landing on some nearby ponds. I consider myself blessed to be able to experience this.

    So far I've seen two small bucks, two white swans, and countless geese and ducks this morning. It's simply beautiful out here this morning.
